How Safal Steel is Rebuilding for 2025

Reflecting on 2024, raw material supply was our biggest challenge, causing a three-week shutdown and major disruptions. Despite dual sourcing, both streams failed, forcing customers to import. Safety performance also declined, pushing us to prioritize a stronger safety culture. Still, we ended the year with a small profit, thanks to our team’s resilience. As we enter 2025, we’re focused on securing supply, driving efficiency, and delivering on our promises to customers.
