Reflecting on my first few weeks in Tanzania, I realized this market was unlike Uganda or Nigeria. My role as Head of Commercial was clear: drive growth and ensure profitability. It wasn’t just about numbers; it was about aligning teams and understanding market demands. Early challenges included streamlining operations, realigning supply chains, and making tough decisions, like a necessary price increase. The market responded, and we surpassed our targets. As we head into 2025, with a new Colour Coating Line and a bold growth target, our focus is on strengthening partnerships and accelerating our success. The momentum is unstoppable.
