In 2024, we focused on four strategic pillars: People and Culture, Operational Efficiency, Building Solutions, and Channels. We rebuilt the team post-restructuring, launched the Winning Culture Initiative, and simplified HR policies through the Building Trust portal. We invested in training for sales teams and technical development. We faced challenges in recognition and budget cuts, but the People Managers Program addressed this. We’ll focus on improving operational efficiency, talent acquisition, and engagement in 2025, with a stronger emphasis on diversity and wellness.
