As Head of Supply Chain in East Africa, I oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, warehouse and inventory management, and logistics. My focus is on building a strong, cross-functional team driven by authentic leadership. By listening to my team, offering support, and fostering a sense of community, we achieve operational efficiency and success. In 2024, our strategies focused on cost optimization, inventory management, and uninterrupted material supply, resulting in significant savings and efficient operations. For 2025, I aim to enhance customer service through an agile, integrated supply chain while maximizing profitability and sustainability.
