In 2024, our strategy focused on five key pillars: Forecasting, Procurement, Supplier Relations, Inventory Management, and Logistics. I aimed to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. A data-driven forecasting model improved decision-making, while strong supplier relationships ensured cost-effective procurement. We prioritized inventory control to prevent understocking or overstocking. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply teams, we aligned projections with market demand and introduced Lanza and Colibri into the business.
