Santosh Kansara - Technical Manager Coated Steel and Building Solutions, ALAF
I began my journey with Safal Group in 1996 at MRM Pipes and Tubes as a Maintenance Engineer. Over the years, I transitioned through various roles, including Project Engineer for the Metal Coating Line project and Maintenance Manager. In 2015, I led the Colour Coating Line (CCL) project and later became Group Technical Manager. In 2022, I led the ALAF CCL project, overcoming challenges and achieving success. This journey highlights the importance of resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving in shaping Africa’s future.
