At ALAF, our strength lies in its people. In 2023, employee engagement dropped, highlighting a disconnect between staff and management. To address this, we implemented a strategy focused on teamwork and stronger connections, leading to better engagement. In 2024, we improved departmental meetings, renewed our Collective Bargaining Agreement with transparency, and enhanced talent succession planning. These efforts resulted in higher engagement scores. Moving forward, we’ll prioritize recognition programs, work-life balance, and leadership training for continued success.
