Role of Marketing, Communications, & External Affairs at Safal Group

My role is in three parts: Marketing, Internal Communications, and External Affairs. Marketing connects us to customers and influencers, using digital tools and showrooms to keep us visible. Internally, I ensure employees understand and champion our strategy. Externally, I engage stakeholders and lead initiatives like Project Red Dragon to protect the market. Through Project Heartbeat, we prioritize customer satisfaction, while expanding our retail presence to deliver immersive brand experiences.
