In 2024, I remained optimistic despite East Africa’s economic and political uncertainties. We adapted swiftly—refining strategies, managing cash flow, and strengthening our market position. We grew our retail presence, improved service, and drove profitability across key markets. In 2025, we face intense competition, but we’re focused on innovation, customer service, and unified regional strategies. With strong teamwork, accountability, and tech-driven productivity, I believe we’ll continue to grow sustainably and successfully.
